1. Agreement to Terms

By using KegelFit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Folio AI, Inc. provides KegelFit, a pelvic floor strengthening and wellness app with guided workouts, progress tracking, and educational content.

KegelFit is a wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare provider if you have health concerns.

Provide accurate information and maintain account security. You must be at least 13. If under 18, you need parental permission.

You retain ownership of your workout data. We process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

Use KegelFit only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or share your account.

Paid features are charged to your Apple ID. Subject to Apple's refund policies. We may modify pricing with notice.

We may terminate your account for breach. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
